Already a pioneering partner with RingCentral for their RingCX customer experience solution, over the month of October the team at AllThingsCX have been part of the international pilot cohort for Certified Delivery Partner accreditation. The ten day education & training was offered on an invite only basis to select RingCentral partners in the International region, with Tristan Thompson & Chris Holt from AllThingsCX participating.

After passing multiple exams & a technical build assessment, both Tristan & Chris are now certified to deliver RingCX solutions to RingCentral & AllThingsCX customers. This doesn't end the education process for the team at AllThingsCX, with the team continuing to extend their knowledge, combining their theoretical knowledge with delivering business change for our customers.
